My journey in healthcare began as an athlete who suffered from sport related injuries. Curious about the neuromuscular systems and "how it all worked", I went on to study physical therapy at Utica College of Syracuse University and graduated in 1999. During that time, I gained valuable clinical experience and I fell in love with sports medicine, neuromuscular therapy and pediatrics.
Passionate about hands-on therapy, I went back to school for Massage Therapy at the Massage Institute of New England and was certified in 2003. I strongly believe in personal and professional development. My favorite part of working in healthcare is when I can be a resource for my clients and empower them with accurate clinical knowledge. In 2023 I finished my studies with the National Institute for Whole Health. As a Whole Health Educator ™, I love to partner with clients on their healthcare journey to truly feel their very best!
Outside of work I enjoy a full and busy household, and working on my Masters Degree in Public Health.
